How can I snap myself out of this?
I used to be unhappy, almost depressive, a lot. It went away for a long while cause I left school and met loads of new people etc, change makes me feel better. But recently its back again, I keep feeling like I want to cry. I have noithing major to stress about, money worries but who doesn’t when youre 17 and learning to drive? I have the best friends ever and just can’t think of a reason why I feel so down.
What do you people do when your feeling like this?
This might sound cliche, but music always does it for me. Listening, writing, whatever…music helps me.
If you like change and it makes you feel better, you should come up with completely new things to do. Do a different thing every week, or twice a week, or however often you want to change it up. Find little activities that relate to things you like to do.
Pray. God loves you, he’ll help!
God doesn’t exist, I rely on Angels but they don’t get you though EVERYTHING and carry you like you have no backbone, you have to help yourself.
