How to snap out of something?
how do you just snap out of an emotional state, any tips?
I work for a mental health facility. we teach coping skills for dealing with anxiety. such as deep breating exercises, distraction such as watching tv or taking a warm shower.
if its a severe anxiety, see your dr for adviswe
You cant just snap out of something you are kidding yourself. Wouldnt half of the population on mental medication do it if they could? From reading your other questions I would say its time to suck it up and admit you have problems you need to deal with or move on to talking about somethign else. If you are not going to take adivse which is what we are giving.
