im a size 16 in clothes. am really unhappy with my weight. have tried everything to lose weight. just the other day me and my best friend walked 6 miles from town to her house. at the moment i am doing weightwatchers. can anyone help me? x

The last post proably thought you meant a 16 kids. Well, this is what id do. Wake up at 6:30 every morning. Run until 6:45, then go home and shower. For breakfast, you should eat eggs(stay away from fried or boiled) and herbal tea. HERBAL tea makes you lose weight, not regular tea. Dont slouch around and be lazy. For lunch, no coldcuts. SALADS are a biggie. Have big ones, with grilled chicken or tuna. KEEP MOVING! Maybe try 50 situps every 3 hours. Little things like that will help! NO JUNK FOOD! And by that i mean cake, cookies, candy, ice cream, chips, ETC Then also keep away from coldcuts(or anything with peservatives) soft cheese (try eating cottage cheese or goat cheese) and also stick to water and hebal tea…NO COFFEE!!! For dinner have a lean meat and LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of vegetables. Try different colored peppers, carrots, SALAD, onions, broccoli ETC

Make sure that you get atleast 30minutes to an hour in on a workout. I walk on the treadmil for an hour and dont snack. Make sure that you dont eat alot of salty stuff and that you move around alot. You can walk around the neighborhood but you have to walk fast no lingiring!! Hope it works out for you

You have to get it first in your mind that you’re gonna do this and actually gonna achieve your goal. Your mind must be ready to take charge over the situation. You have all the tools in front of you to lose weight. You got yourself this way and only you can get yourself out. You know what to do, diet and exercise, don’t be lazy (i mean this the nicest way possible) stay moving, don’t watch tv, instead turn on the radio and dance. Make small changes. Replace snacks with fruit. Take it one step at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed and think I’m on a diet I have to lose. Change your mind, then make small changes. TAKE CONTROL.

I too was a size 16 and i was unhappy as well, don’t give up hope in what you are doing i know it is hard and there are alot of pills and that around, have you seen your doctor about your weight and had some test done? Your doctor should be able to help you and give you advice on how to loss the weight the right way what you are doing in walking 6 miles is only doing you great good, so please keep up the great work you are doing now for you will get there, so take care
