I am 5ft 8 and 59kg, I exercise most days for a hour plus and eat healthy, but somedays I do slip up and I have a little binge and eat a bar of chocolate is this bad for my body. I want to loose weight also, how can I? I am in passionate and want to see results in matter of days too.
Sometimes I make myself sick as well, I hate looking in the mirror and just see fat all the time, my legs are really chubby I want to tone them they have cellulite on them am sure, they look like a fat persons legs, its disgusting I just want to be thinner?
How do you know ? What food’s have however many calories ?
well I dont think you can gain weight in one day but if you ezt a lot you need to start exercising and stop complaning you fatty!
