Toning the body

I’m trying to tone my body, I din’t want to lose like a lot of weight, just tone my body. I really want to tone my abs and legs. What kind of exercises will be best suited for me. PS I do not want to buy anything and Idon’t have anything. Thank you.

sit ups actually do work. just don’t bend your neck while doing them. another thing to tone the core is leg lifts. lie on your back. put your hands flat on the floor. then lif your legs about a foot off the ground. open as far sa you can and close them. this builds great abbs.

for legs. spread you feet apart so they’re out from under you shoulders. bend your legs as far as possible. hold for as long as you can. or you can: stand up with your legs tight together. go up on your tippy toe and come back down so your heels are one inch above the floor. then go back up. just keep repeating.
