Those sweatsuit thingies.
There are these garbage back kind of thingies that make you sweat more when you work out. Do those help you lose weight a lot faster? Just wondering because I want to lose fifteen pounds before school starts aka two months. Thankkks.
No they really dont my mom tried it and it dont work and she is on a diet as well.
Don’t buy a sweat suit to help lose weight. Just jog, a lot. I love to jog and it keeps you trim. Eat lots of fresh fruit and fresh veggies, they are the best. Drink tons of water and if you are a soda drinker, lighten up on it… a lot. I jog when I get up in the morning before the sun comes up. It’s really pretty watching it rise as you are doing your best to keep your body healthy.
I’ve nevr heard of that.
