my cousin was born premature and hes only 4 pounds.. where they live there isnt a good doctors neither nurses. what kind of supplements i want to buy them for them.

i was borned as 5 pound and 6 ounces and when i was borned, my mom took me home the first day because she didn’t know english that the doctor spoke. when she took me home, she put me under the sun like the way she saw other babies were at the hospital and so i would grow and she gave me only her breast milk and i grew very fat and healthy like any baby would. no wonder i have dark skin, my mom put me out in the sun so long, afraid i wouldn’t grow quickly.
