celulite on the back of my legs
I am pretty active when it comes to sports, but I still have celulite on the back of my legs. what am I doing or not doing?
some factors that cause cellulite are:
Certain factors contribute to the development of cellulite:
Foods containing an overabundance of toxins (fried foods, alcohol, caffeine, sugar) Poor blood circulation due to lack of exercise, stress, etc. Heredity/genetics. Poor lymphatic flow, due to lack of physical activity and inadequate water intake *Hormones: Changes in estrogen and progesterone levels which dictate how much fat your body stores or releases.
So yeah, exercise can help reduce cellulite. Avoid fried foods, caffeine, sugar, etc… and drink plenty of water…
These are all things that one can do to live a healthier lifestyle and minimizing cellulite is just a bonus!
