Is there any danger if our dog jumps in the swimming pool with her shock collar on?

Why would you put a shock collar on your dog in the first place if you’re worried about it getting hurt from going in the pool? In my opinion, there are MUCH better ways to train a dog than shocking them. Much better and much more humane.

I’d be leery that I’d wreck the unit on the collar…if it doesn’t SAY it’s waterproof, it’s not.

…and keep your fingers off the remote buttons… :)

I would read the warning label. I have a shock collar but I don’t have it on because the dog is good just with the collar. So I would say that if you are not shocking him after he is wet or while in the pool he should be ok, but read the label just in case
