my puppy is nearly 4 months old. shes a westie. when can she wear a proper adult collar? she wears a thin light puppy one at the moment but really want to put her in proper one. what age can they wear adult collars?

Put an adult collar on her anytime you want…just as long as it fits, and is adjustable…there is no age limit for collars.
