Which is better: Running or walking?

which is better for me?

I want to burn cal’s/fat, but not gain muscle.

running is the way to burning more calories and burning fat but you really won’t be really gaining any muscle or with walking ,but running would be your better solution

running to the max. a few yhears ago when I started running I dropped 25 pounds and got in really good shape. the faster your heart beats, the more calories you burn.

U only build muscle when it has been worked more intensely than normal. Tell me the difference in running 5 miles or walking it? It’s the same distance, running will get u there in half the time but if you are walking you are doing it for twice the time. Running is better for making the bus tho.

walking, if you just want to take a stroll. running, if you want to escape your mother-in-law
