Answer #1

Have bananas - much better and good for you…Take care !!

Answer #2

some veggies give you gas, perhaps try beano..

Answer #3

could it be that u’ve had a recent change in your diet? maybe you’ve eaten something that your inner bodyisn’t used to having. maybe I don’t really know but I hope I helped,if not sorry =)

Answer #4

Your body needs to adjust to changes in diet, even positive ones. If you are eating more fiber than you are used to that can cause gas and bloating. Of course certain veggies are always gassy like cabbage, brussel sprouts and broccoli. If you are worried you should eat these veggies in moderation. Beano will help.

Answer #5

since your getting a lot moer fiber in you. you need WATER. drink LOTS of water because then it will braek the fiber down and you wont be bloated and have to fart.

Answer #6

I dont know what all you are putting in your oatmeal or what other fruits you are eating but for myself I found that when I cut all extra sugar out mine went down big time. I was doing really well for a few months and then got weak and started binging on cookies. Within a couple of hours I was about to kill myself with the funk! I was still eating fruits too but more citrus based like oranges and such. I recommend everyone cut that horrible sugar out b/c its no good for anything! Of course that may not even be it :D…Maybe its the sulpher in your veggies. That does it
