Go on morning jogs. What I do is just when someone offers me a snack I politley decline it, I don’t know when you have a choice choose the healthierr lower card one =] hope I helped !

well. just be very careful on what yu eat. but dont force yur self not too eat. excercise and you’ll be perfect.
