Answer #1

Dont worry about sounding sappy she’s your mom. Just tell her the truth. It’s perfectly understandable that your worried.

Answer #2

I would just sit down with her, tell her what your afraid of, and tell her it will be good for her too. Tell her she will be happier once she feels better, and you will have much less to worry about. Don’t worry about sounding like anathing, all you are doing is traying to help her get better. You can try to bring someone from the family too, so.they can incurage her as well and show her she is not alone. Also remind her, you will be there with her while she gets better. Tell her you would like her to go to the doctor to get a checkup, and to have this when she needs them so she can stay updated with her health. If she does not want to right away, let it be, let her think about, have her see things first and stuff. She might have fears of the hospital, her last stay might have been no fun. Which is understandable, no hospital is. But, at least tell her how you feel, share thiz with her, so at least she takes it into consideration. You can’t make her do anathing, its her choice at the end, but at least do your part. Good Luck.
