You can lose 15lbs in a week. Do cardio exercises. Drink two protein shakes a day for five days. Then the last two days don’t have anything at all, not even water. Try to sweat as much as possible. Also go to a sauna if you have access to one.

dont do things such as classy said because what happens when you go back 2 eating right

dont go for a healthy diet go for a healthy LIFESTYLE

people get confused you just gota eat right for the rest of your life and you decide what is eating right not others

best way to lose weight is excercise and dont push urself because once you go back 2 slowing the pace it comes back. you gota stick by something that you no you can and is easy

What princess1992 missed though is that you can’t healthily lose 15lb pounds in a week! A couple of pounds is the healthy rate to lose a week. If you lose too much too quickly, you will gain the weight back just as fast and you will gain more than what you lost.

Drink green tea once a day Drink 2L water a day eat a handful of cashews- but dont eat too many eat 2 pieces of fruit Drink 2 glasses of milk each day (skim would be better, but still) Dont drink anything but water after 5.30pm Go for 30 mins walk each day

You cant lose 15 pounds in a week period… (liposuction maybe?)

you can lose ten or so. do the fad diet the 7 day diet. I did it , it works. I only did it for 4 days, lost 5 lbs and still kept it off. dont listen to people when they say they dont work cause they either havent tried it or didnt do it right.
