How to lose about 15lbs safely?

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to lose about 15-20 pounds safely. I want to feel more proud of myself but I lack the confidence because I am slightly overweight. I am 14 years old, 5ft 4-5inches and 9st 5lb. I am up for any god advice. Please help!

Well you can replace those high calories food and cut down on eating junk food. For example you can replace yogurt with low-fat yogurt and whole milk with semi… Also exercise, like you don’t have to do anything major but instead of getting a ride or bus to school or something you can walk or jog or run. Or join a sports club or if you like dancing, well dance club… Anywayz good luck!!!

When yuu get hungry have a drink of water (yuu usually just need a drink) try and stop eating the following … choc crisps bread bla bla bla breads the worse

try and do loads of exercise and dont drink anything but water as the others are full of cals

OOoo actully yuu can drink coke zero… or any of the fizzy drink zeros as they have nothing in it x
