How long should I run if I run everyday and I want to lose close to twenty pounds in a month?

Atleast a mile so for me that’s 8 min…. You should run like ½ hour.

I would suggest the amount I run/jog for cross country. I would suggest around 3 miles….but I dont suggest running EVERY day. If your going to run, you need to let your muscles rest, so I would suggest 4x a week with two days of rest. Make sure to stretch and have fun!

ya…but its really unhealthy……i lost 30lb in a month (unintentionally) and got gallstones….they had to remove my gallbladder….dont rush it…..its really unhealthy.
