how do I stop my legs form looking skinny and get muscle on the lower leg below the knee

running 20 minutes a day made my lower legs firmer so they were less flabby and looked smaller, and squats tone up your thigh area

you can’t stop making them look skinny but to gain the muscle in the leg would be to do a lot of exersize that needs a lot of power from the legs, like a lot of walking, running, cycling, I am an athlete so I do a lot of exersize to do witht this area, I go training twicw a week, I got to the gym once a week and I occasionally go for runs and do exersizes at home, and as the time that I was doing all of this, my muscles in my calfs (below the backs ofthe knees) have gotten exceedingly big. so give the exersizea try, and remember to eat protein aswell. good luck mate, any more advice you need just drop me a comment and I’ll try and help you out. :)
