umm I would say I was 13 and I ust to be realyy fat like 200 pounds now I have a 4 pack and im fit I know am 102 pounds you have to work out everyday and go on diets and everything its hardbut worth it.

really it depends on your body shape, as you might not be able to get it to look like that but if you want yours flatter try sit-ups and crunches but you need to keep it up, not just for a week or two and add healthy foods to your diet, because without the right food, no matter how much you exerscise, you wont see any results
