How long should I wait to work out after I've eaten?

I finished eating my soup about 45mins ago. Gonna be jogging then the eliptical and go on abike.

haha yea im all fresh and clean. great workout. waited almost an hour. I was all good.

I know you probably already working out, but I say 30 to 45 minutes for soup. Longer after a big meal.

bout 30 minutes so you dont get cramps :)

You should wait like an hour so you can like have your food go down and not get a stomacheghe latter…
