How do I lose 15 pounds?

I need to loose at least 15 pounds by the middle of february. I know I dont have a lot of time but this is really important to me. How can I do that without starving myself completely. PLEASE HELP

I’ve been using an eliptical at home for a few weeks, in 45 minutes or less you can burn 600 calories according to the machine.

So far, I’ve lost about 4 pounds by not drinking coke, eating a bit more fruits & veggies and dessert less often (eg, once a week instead of daily) and being on the machine 4 or 5 days / week.

If you exercise for an hour, daily, and make sure you’re eating a healthy balanced diet, you should be able to lose a pound a day.

Okay– You need to be motivated…why do you want to lose 15 pounds…why is it so important?

Now if your motivated start dieting. Eat protein bars or south beach bars for breakfast and instead of noshing and snacking just have fruit or vegetables. Start with whole grain not white bread. Take smaller servings. When you’re full and you have no NEED to eat it’s just desire stop.

You also should excersize for about an hour a day. In that hour try to burn at least 500 calories.
