how do I get legs like a dancer?

I have a really good shape to my legs, but I have a layer of fat all over my legs and calves. how do I get rid of this and lean up my legs?

I hate my legs… you want slim legs? I have them and I hate them. I feel like I have chicken legs. your really lucky if you have thick legs… I want them.. oh you could always just start dancing if you want dancers legs

hey, im a ballerina my self and have seriously slim legs. to get your legs toned up, bend them by doing ‘ballet squats’, this should tone up your legs, or get a fun dance work out that you can do everyday

I know what your going through & I had that problem until I joinedd cheerleading && my coach had us doing calve raises && thats when you stand on your flat feet then lift up to your toes & back down && do that about 50x everyday/every other day. another thing you can try is squats && thats when you stand on your flat feet but spread them shoulder width apart && bend your knees half way down && do that about 30x a day/ everyother day. goodluck(: && if any of this helps email me at kerri_cahn@yahoo.com
