How can I stop binging?

Help guyys!! i can’t seem to get rid of the pounds! first of, i cnt stand to exercise but i like to dance so when i can i turn on the music and like shake it all of and i do do crunches… sometimes up to 100 a day but i cnt seem to get rid of my extra pounds.. maybe i am not doing it ryht.. another thing..i keep getting cravings and i cnt stop them and then, i give in. STUPID!! help me stop this pls…

You need to start walking/jogging/running. Maybe if you’re a serious dancer you don’t need to do that, but dancing on your own time simply won’t cut it.

Doing crunches does help strengthen your abdomen, but it will not show if your stomach is still covered with a layer of fat - which you can only get rid of by walking/jogging/running.

I think you are just thinking too much about losing the weight. Look forward to some change in ur life (or create them). Like goin on a trip or bury urself in ur work. Anything that can trigger your brain to start thinking about other things other than ‘I want to lose weight!’. Then watch how smooth things will go for your weight loss journey. Binging gona stop too.

Take it easy… take a deep breath in and balance out everything. Be in control. U want to eat, u eat. But dont eat too much. If u restrict, binging will start eventually isnt it.

Hi,

You aren’t getting rid of those extra pounds BECAUSE you’re binging. Obviously, you’re eating more calories than you’re burning.

The way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat 4-6 SMALL meals a day, consisting of lean meats, whole-grain starches, fruits and vegetables. Set up your plate so 1/4 is meat, 1/4 is starch, 1/2 is fruit and veggies, and there is minimal fat.

If you do this as well as drink 8 glasses of water a day and exercise for 30 min a day a few times a week, you will see healthy results.
