How can I lose 10 pounds in one week?

I just have to know how many of you out there have lost a lot of weight in one week cause I need tips please answer its important?

I saw on a website 1nce that a juice diet for 1 week could help you lose 10-20 pounds but it seemed to risky to me and it cleanses your body and everything but it rots your teeth out, your body needs nutrition. but I am 11 and im 100 pounds, thats 20 pounds overweight!!! and I need to lose weight not only to look good, but for my health and to avoid a bad future with health problems. so im just eating lots of fruits and veggies and proteins and working out hardcore for 2o minutes a day and I lost about 5 pounds this week!!! Im so proud of myself, and this is a healthy way to lose weight, and you actually get results, and I heard that boys lose weight faster than girls and im a girl snd if I could do anyone can !! good luck!

Losing 10 pounds in a week is a little bit extreme. But there is hope. Contarary to popular belief, eating actually helps you lose wait. The best way to start your day is wake up to a bowl of oat meal 1 cup. Do cardio for an hour (running, jogging, arobics etc). after that eat 1 servingof fruits ( fresh) lunch have 4 oz lean meat and 2 cups green veggies. After that snack about every 2 hours on fresh fruit or veggies. until dinner and have more green veggies with lean meat.oh, and drink only water, lots of it. You wont lose 10 but you will average 3-4 pounds a week it all depends on your dedication. Also the first 2 weeks you can possibly lose up 15 pounds water weight.

This is the way I lost 50 pounds in 3 months. But everybody in differnt .Remember cardio, cardio, cardio!!! Good luck

Okay let me tell you what I did in a week. In one week, I ate 3 cups of carrots and 2 pieces of celery. Than that one week turned into two weeks. Then three weeks, then four…soon I looked in the mirror and saw “perfection”=bones, gaunt face, not fat. I thought that if I ate, I would not be perfect anymore. So that 3 cups of carrots turned to 1, and that 2 pieces of celery turned to none. And you want to know how much weight I lost? Enough to make me end up in a hospital. And even then, I didn’t want to eat, I just wanted to lose weight. Oh, and did I mention what happened to my friends? Well, I didn’t have any. My boyfriend dumped me, and my best friend was exercise. I don’t recomend you try to lose 10lbs. in 1 week. That is dangerous, and usually temporary unless you plan to continue that lifestyle.

there is no healthy way to lose ten whole pounds in just a week. I really dont suggest that you try this because you can end up like BROADWAYSTAR101and end up in the hospital. thats just my opinon.
