How can I go to sleep?

I am having sleeping problems. I will go to bed at like 10:00 p.m and then wake up at like 12:00a.m and cant go back to sleep again untill the next night, but my dad wont give me sleeping pills

Besides sleeping pills (or something like benedryl or tylenol PM) Here are some things to help you sleep:

-Turn off the TV and computer 1-2 hours before bedtime so your brain can calm down. -Don’t drink sodas or eat junk food 2 hrs before bed -Block out any lights in your room. (Turn the alarm clock around, cover the windows and put black tape over little lights from electronics) -Play soothing music. -Drink warm milk or chamomile tea (chamomile is great) -Take a hot bath before bed -Take slow deep breaths. ( count to 5 inhale count to 5 exhale)

DO NOT TAKE SLEEPING PILLS THEY SERIOUSLY MESS YOU UP!!! HOW DO YOU SLEEP TV ON ? YOU NEED MORE DETAILS IN your POST MANY OTHER THINGS COULD BE CONTRUBUTING TO YOU LACK OF SLEEP AND OR INABILITY TO SLEEP!!!

Take a bath or something. just to relax… try watching tv until you fall asleep … try exersicing during the day do something to get you tired to you can sleep

Try drinking warm milk before you go to sleep. Or, read. DON’T KEEP A TV ON!!! IT WILL MAKE IT HARDER TO FALL ASLEEP!
