Does the Slim Fast diet work?
Do you think that slim fast diets work.. I tried to eat well today lol. but it didnt work.. I really want to be a size 2.
This is what I ate. peunut butter and apples Cerial Breakfast pizza. Egg Plant Slim fast Shake Rice crispie Treat Ham Sandwich
Just naming this makes me want to try and throw up every thing maybe it will work this time. or ill just take some laxetives. I have laxetives and stackers (diet pills) stashed in my closet.. .I took 4 stackers one day and I didnt feel good I still feel sick from it I really need some advice… and motivation.
You need to revise your diet - you have sugars and high fat foods mixed in with one vegetable (and not a very nutritious one) and one fruit.
Slim fast combined with this diet will not work long or short term - elevated exercise is out of the question, because there are not enough carbs in this diet. You’ll crash in a few short minutes.
Whole grain pasta Veggies (broccoli, yams, beans, leafies) Fruits like bananas, apples, oranges Nuts, seeds, granola. Lots o water.
Honestly slim fast is gross adn taste like glue and water in my opinion. You seem to eat pretty well but if you do want to lose some weight I suggest you drop out most of the carbs in your diet. Also the bad carbs you should not be eating like rice krispie treats are a big no no . Just cut out some carbs other than that your portions look good and you should lose the weight good luck
Ok, well what I would do, is if you really want a diet, I would try the special k diet, it is not neccesarily a diet, and in fact in a portion of it you can choose what you want to eat for dinner, but anyhow… it may be a little pricey, but if you can afford it, then go for it! :] just google it, and click on special k challenge.. :]
