I love slimfast,I lost 50 lbs,in a matter of 4 months!! but…I tried the cans and they dont fill me up,get the can of powder instead,its also cheaper,the can lasts forever! put one scoop in blender with 8 oz of skim milk and 3 ice cubes,wow what a difference! you will not be hungry,I have that for breakfast and lunch,sometimes I throw a banana in it,and a light not to late dinner,good luck! p”S the slimfast snacks rock!
