How can i become flexible and be able to do left right and center splits by june 7th?

I have cheerleading tryouts june 7th through june 10th and one of those days we are being judged on splits, and i cant do one, i can basically do everything else, but i am just not flexible. (its worth 3 points, do think in the grand scheme of things 3 points really matters?) but if you have any tips, i dont think ill be able to do perfect splits by then but if i can get them a litttle better because they are VERY sad looking i would really appreciate any information!

In order to do splits you need to be very flexible. The only way to be able to do that is to stretch, a lot. If you stretch everyday for maybe 10-15 minutes (i’m no expert i’m just guessing.) Then you should eventually be able to work yourself into the splits. Just keep stretching!

Lol, hey =) It’s not impossible to get your splits by then. You just have to be consistent and determined. The best way to get the splits down is to sit in them. Yes sit in them, for a long time/day. Sit in them for 2min/day. If you really wanna make sure u gott’em by then, watch a movie and sit in them(yes the whole time). TIP: when doing the Left or Right splits, make sure that ur legs are making a perfect line. DO NOT lean on your back knee(aka both knees cant touch the ground)

You should partner up with someone to do some resistance training. You stretch as far as you can, and the other person applies a little extra pressure for you. Making sure not to push passed anything you wouldn’t do of course.

Everyday try to go as far as you can, going slightly lower and lower each day. Don’t force it all in one go or you could do some tissue damage.

Okay I had this same issue. It is very very very possible to do this and get your splits. Watch videos on youtube showing excersizes to get your split. I basically would sit in my split for two minutes on each leg. and then i would work on my center split by laying down flat on the floor near a wall and pushing my butt against the wall and spreading my legs as far as they can go against the wall. This is going to feel very uncofortable but it works let me know how ya do :)

hey! im in pom and i learned that if you sit in the splits one minute a day you should have it in a mothh or so, so maybe if you upped how long you sit in them, it would cut down on time. hope this helped :]

Well June 7th is really close! But try to study some martial art stretches for high kicks etc., that might help.
