Fitness test?

Uhm I was wondering.. What is that? What do you do? How? When? Im really worried the teacher Made it sound difficult!! And what is that for? Help!

it is very very easy…the mile might be the only thing you wont like…trunk lift is just laying on your stomach and lifting you head up as high as you can without moving…then sit ups and push ups…you should get like 50 sit ups and 18 pushups..sit in reach they have this box with a like ruler on it and you reach out as far as you can while sitting…dont worry about it you will do fine.

depends if your a weak person like when your doing pull ups or push ups if your weak and cant do them, then yes its hard

at our school you do a bunch of different things. flex arm hang mile run curl ups sit and reach trunk lift pull ups and I think thats it. it might be different at your school though
