Exercise! Help!

What kinda of exercises can I do to lose weight in my legs, butt, and stomach? My doctor said im about 15 - 20 pounds over weight. He put me on a food scedual and said I need to be exerciseing everyday. What do you suggest?

Legs: swats But: running/jog a mile then move up as you go mile 1/2, 2 miles and soo on. Stomach:Sittups. and I also heard if tou eat like 6 times a day you an loose weight .

and cut out on the snacks!!! THats bad 4 u… only eat good food…
