How can I get abs fast and easy and get more muscle in my arms?

For abs: planks (3 sets, 10 reps) , crunches (3 sets, 20 reps) , leg lifts (3 sets, 10 reps), sit ups (3 sets, 20reps), side to sides (3 sets, 20reps)

for arm/shoulder strenghtening: shoulder press, preacher curls, rowing, pec-dek, hammer curls, tricep pull downs

*if you want to do weight training… you can’t just target your arms.. cause then your body won’t be proportional!! you can’t just workout your upper body and forget your lower body!! you got to work it out evenly!!
