first off how much DO you weigh? In reality you are probably too skinny as it is! Don’t diet it is bad for you !

Answer #3

For myself I find if I limit my carb intake and walk at least 4 times per week for approx 45 min, it keeps my weight good. I eat the most at morning time, less in afternoon and have a light supper. I also limit the things that are White in my diet…like white flour, white bread, white rice, to name a few. If I have steak , I’ll have veggies and salad with it , no potatoes…when you mix carbs with fat you won’t see the results you want. But you have to eat…especially in the morning time to kick start your metabolism.

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Answer #5

you have to stay active and keep eating healthey or nothing will happen…
