Is eating before going to sleep going to make you gain weight?

Because food is fuel for your body. Eat it before you are going to work hard, and then your body will use it up (so a good breakfast is important and so is lunch). If you eat too much in the evening, or too late, your body doesn’t need the fuel and is more likely to turn it into fat.

I wouldn’t say I am skinny, no, more like thin, little thin not too much, but I want to gein weight so I can have the “perfect” body you know :) So thats why Im asking, cause I want to gain weight. Whats the best way to gein weight fast? One of them is eating in the evenings…?

Yes it will because your metabolism is at its slowest when you are sleeping so digesting while sleeping will only make it go to your fatty packets =P

Um I don’t, but I need to know.. Why we’re not supposed to not eat after 7:30? Because you gain weight that way?

Yes! they say you are not suppose to eat after 7:30. Thats when you start to calm down and are not very active. Do you work out or anything?
