9 weeks before big dance show.

I want to loose some inches off my stomach. I do kickboxing 2-3 times a week, dance twice a week, and bowflex maybe 2 days.

how much can I loose before the show?

I do eat decent, im still working on eating better though.

any other tips? or exercizes to do at home?

There is a good ab exercise I do. You sit on the ground with your legs up (almost looks like a V) and use a medicine ball and move it from your left side to right. Don’t let your legs touch the ground!
