Abdominal workout tips :)

Okay so heres the deal, I’m perfectly fine with my weight. 98lbs 5’3 with 18% body fat. I just have one goal, and thats to get that really goodlooking line in the middle of your stomach, but I NEVER work out. like ever, so I need some times on types of things I could do, and descriptions of how to do them, if there not common.

You should weigh between 104 and 126 pounds.
