Will making myself throw up mess somthing up ?

im 18 and I always been bigger than the other girls. I was up last night looking at how horribly over weight I am. I just wish I could cut it all off. I made myself throw up for the first time today and I actually felt good after I don’t feel like a fat pig. I’ve never been able to show my tummy in a bathing suit and I feel as if im just letting my pretty years pass me by by being fat. So do you think if I keep making myself throw up somthing will mess up ? I really really want to drop this weight im sick and tired of being like this please help !

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF THROWUP! plese don’t. throwing up can make you very sick and it’s a dangerous thing to do. if you really want to loose weight you need to have a balanced diet and exercise at least an hour a day. if you balance what you eat and get regular exercise you will burn off the extra pounds. wouldn’t you rather do that then throwing up and making urself sick?
