Why does everybody say I've gained weight?

0kay so my step ma,sister and my dad sometimes say 0h u’ve gained weight and your hips and face, and stuff cus of the meds. I take 4 my kidney and I wud b happier bt I don’t see it are they just tellin me this cus its what I wanna hear? Or what?

Is it so hard to spell words half properly…? It doesn’t look cool when you use a ‘0’ instead of an ‘O’ and I’m pretty sure that takes more effort unless you’ve been taught how to write by someone with a twisted view of the English language. Only excuse you can have for that is if your ‘O’ key is broken. And that’s only one of the things that irks me in your paragraph up there…

Anyways, if you want to know if you’ve gained weight, you get a scale, step on it and compare it to previous results, if the number is higher, by golly! It means you’ve gained weight, what a shocker. If you wanted to get really anal about it you could start taking measurements of your hips, but really, I don’t think that’s necessary, just be happy with your appearance and take care of yourself, exercising, eating right, all that jazz.

Why because you cannot lift urself so obviously you cannot feel it. lol..
