why am I producing milk?

I stopped breast feeding 4 months ago and now I am getting milk again and my breasts are sore but I have done a test last week it said negative . please help as I am worrying myself sick

OK I BREAST FEED AND THE SAME HAPPEND TO ME THE DOC SAID THAT IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH WHEN THE BABY GETS UPSET AND you COMFORT HE/SHE THAT THE MILK COMES BACK BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE LOADS SO THIS IS WHY YOUR LEAKING TRY NOT TO WORRY YOURSELF TO MUCH NEXT TIME THE BABY CRYS TRY NOT TO COMFORT ON TO CHEST I KNOW IT WILL BE HARD BUT HOPEFULLY THE MILK WILL DRY UP SOON IF IT HAS NOT YOU SHOULD GO TO YOUR GP’S.
