I don't have fake ones or real for that matter
I was just wondering
The location of the incision made to insert the implants and the skill of the surgeon play a large role in determining if the breast is still capable of producing enough milk. One lactation consultant states, "Incisions made in the fold below the breast rarely interfere with breastfeeding. Incisions made in the armpits -- if the surgeon is careful to avoid nerves -- are not likely to interfere." If, however, the nerves or breast tissue are damaged, as can happen when the incision is made around the areola, a woman may have problems producing enough milk. Occasionally, scarring from implants may also make breastfeeding uncomfortable or even painful.
1) It's silicone, not silicon. They are two very different materials.
2) Yes, women who have undergone breast augmentation produce milk normally and most (not all) can breastfeed. Remember that breast augmentation does not replace the normal fatty tissue in the breast, merely adds a fluid-filled sac underneath the existing tissue.
all I know is that they still feel like real boobs when they aren't COMPLETELY overdone. haha
no. better question does silicon produce milk? dont think so
