When I do the treadmill like 25 mins a day will I lose weight?

Okay well iam doing the treadmill everyday for liek 2 days now and I don’t ee results and plus will I loose weight???

Eat lots of fruits and veg. Fiber is the key. Fiber makes us feel full, help us stay healthy, help us lose weight, and push out the food in our body which turns into stool which could be couple of pounds. We girls need about 25g of fiber per day while men need about 35 to 40g per day. If you still continue to eat fast food substitute the french fries for a fruit. go to google and find a list of high fiber food. while working on the treadmill you could listen to music or watch tv.

I think you need to get your body used to working out daily. I don’t think you’ll get results this soon, try to eat healthy, (Veggies, fruits, water, ect. ) Then, keep working on the tredmill, but don’t work too hard. About maybe.. 4-7 days then take the rest of the week-weekend off from working your body. Good luck!

two days is too early to check results unless you spent hours on the treadmill, which no one recommends. if you are doing 25min striaght on a treadmill, try doing three 10min treadmill workout throughout the day. why? because you burn more calories than one long workout. workout 5 days a week or 6 but no longer because our muscles do need a day to rest. you should also change your eating habits. if you got anymore questions just ask I, myself is also trying to lose weight, I lost 5lbs.

The only way ull burn weight is getting your heart rate up past resting. Go at a regular walk pace for 5 min. Then jog for 3 min. Then sprint for 1.5 min. Back down to a jog. Then down to a walk. This will get your heart going and burn weight.

It’s something like 3 days without cardio and you have to start over again. Cardio is something your body can use every day, just keep at it and you’ll see and feel results eventually.
