What should a competitive horse back rider eat to lose pounds?

Ok I’m gaining a lot of pounds fast and I want to know what to eat and what exercises I should use to lose weight because if I don’t my life will me in jeprody because I’m a competive horseback rider and you have to be thin to do that.

I hear Eat Green, and Get Lean.. That’s Spinach, Bok Choy, Kiwi, Avocado, Green Tea etc. Dark greens are best. Skip iceburg lettuce as it has no nutritional value.

Typically they also eat I high lean protein diet and work out. Eggs for breakfast - Tuna with some fruit for lunch - Peanut Butter for a snack - Chicken/Fish with fruit/veggies for Dinner.

and always drink plenty of water.
