What's the best way to tone up ?

Right; I wanna start toning up and getting a nice body. People are saying I don’t need to diet I just need to tone up if I want it nicer, so ermm Has anyone got any tips on how to tone up fast? Help! <33

Just be active, eat good and get plenty of rest at night. If you don’t need to really lose weight then you shouldn’t have any trouble getting in the shape you wish.

Go swimming, running play a sport anything that makes your heart rate go up so you burn cals and will work your muscles.

If you want to lose weight then try to cut back your cal intake by 500 cal a day. if you dont want to count cal then cut out soda or something that you snack on a lot to cut cal.

Just try to be more active in your lifestyle. If a destination is close, walk instead. Do a few stretches in the morning when you wake up. And my personal secret: get a job that requires you to move and physically work. If you work out at work you don’t need to hold membership at a gym. There are hundreds of little things you can do. The idea is to use the nutrients you eat every day, rather than storing them because of a sedentary lifestyle.
