What is the best way to work out?

I’m trying to lose some weight, but I feel like I’m not progressing any. What are the best things to do while working out in your opinion? Any tips are greatly appreciated. (: Thank you.

The best way to work out is to be distracted while doing it. Listening to music, watching tv, or just having a partner.

Also, a great way to work out and loose way quick is to do Tae Bo for 45 minutes everyday, 150 lunges on each leg wich is also good for your back and neck.

Before and after doing those things do 20 minuetes of intense stretching like Yoga.

I went from a size 5 to a 0/1 in a mater of 2 or less months. You just need to be consistent.

I am also able to eat whatever I want without worry if I’m going to gain weight.

work out with someone that likes working out…they willl push you and motivate you…o and also listen to music make a playlist of your favorite songs …
