What is a way to stop being jealous?

K so I just wanna know if there is a way to stop being jealous? Is there anything you can do? what do you do to get your mind of some things like jealousy?? Sorry its kinda confusing

Is this about the girl flirting with your boyfriend? The question is, what exactly are you jealous about? He’s with you because he wants to be? She can flirt, she can walk around in tiny amounts of clothes, she can do whatever, but if he wants to be with you, then what difference does it make? That’s her issue. Now if you’re worried about him cheating on you, then that’s your insecurity about your relationship. It has nothing to do with her. Jealously is very rarely about other people. It’s about what we think of ourselves compared to other people. And if we dont feel like we measure up in some way. Then we get jealous. But you know what. There’s always going to be someone smarter, prettier, funnier, you just have to be fine with yourself. And if your boyfriend decides he wants to be with someone else, then you just move on and find someone else to be with.

go to youtube, type in “My favorite things” and listen to that – or just do something else that makes you happy :)

Look at what you have, and value it. If your jealous cause some guy has a better skateboard than you remember at least you have a skateboard. Thers plenty of people out ther that dont have anything and are perfectly happy.

just think of the things that are more important than Him/her or you could try to find some one better

they’re right… jealousy is a part of human nature and it is difficult to control. no matter what, you’ll always feel jealous if it’s about a person as long as you have feelings for that person.

but if you’re jealous about something else other than feelings for a person, a way to reduce it is by thinking about things you have that the other person doesn’t. and try to distract yourself and think abt something pleasant :) hope that helps
