What can I do to keep my bum from hurting on a bike?

To day I was riding my bike for a long time to get my thighs tither and more musle right so when I got off I had pbj and milk then took a nap…when I woke up I was about to ride my bike agian but my bum hurted so much but I rode anyway case I want my thighs titght my legs are okay I love my legs nice shape just want me thighs toner but shoot what my bum hurts and what can I do for tomorrow cause im going back out tomorrow :] ?

You’re probably sore. Do less until you can handle it, then do more. Can’t go from nothing to biking a marathon overnight.

try putting some padding on saddle, because thts probably the problem - thers not enough padding in it. I used to have that problem all the tiime, and sorted it by wrapping a jacket around it :)

Just keep at it. Within a couple of weeks, you’ll adjust and it won’t hurt anymore. The other option is to change your seat to something more comfortable.

Any new exercise routine is accompanied by strong start-up pain that usually lasts a couple of weeks.
