  • Easiest way is not to deprive your self of all the food that you used to normally eat, otherwise you will crave for it more

  • another way is treat yourself once a while

  • constantly tell your self that you can have it if you want but you choose not to, it’s a mind trick, tried and tested and it works wonders when i was recentley on a diet.

Hope that was helpful, and hope it works for you.

Try to eat healthily during the week and treat yourself on a Saturday or Sunday. Don’t starve, don’t puke, and if you do slip up during the week, don’t beat yourself up over it. I’m trying hard at the moment to lose a few pounds so know how you feel. Can’t wait for Saturday but also can’t wait to see the weight i’ve lost when i get on the scales.

Good luck.

We are naturally hardwired for fatty and sugary foods. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit. Plan to do small but PERMANENT changes. Give yourself 4 months (60-120 days) for your cells to replace them selves with cells that are healthier. If it is Septembe now, plan in January to ask yourself if you crave something less sweets or fatty foods. We are addicts. We have addictive tendencies, whether it is to gambling, drinking, eating, fast foods, collecting items, anger, over compensating…etc.. we all have a tendency toward something. The challenge is to be moderate in as many things as possible. consider Juice Plus as a convenient way to get frutis and vegetables into your diet. I’ve never found the answer to this question and my waistline shows it.

One think I found that helps is to eat lots of healthy foods so I never get so hungry that I lack willpower to refuse bad foods.

Lately my downfall has been Kettle Salt & Pepper potato chips. I keep buying bags saying that I’ll just eat a few every day but I end up eating the whole bag in one sitting. I wish I never tried these but they had samples at the grocery store. They are just like drug pushers who give you the first few hits for free until you are addicted.
