How to tone my problem areas?

im not fat, but I think I could loose bout 15 lbs. im 13 5 3, and 125lbs. thx xoxoxo jen

By the way.. if you don’t know, bmi is your body mass index. It is a ratio of your height and weight. Check out this website for more details =]

Well your bmi says that you are a normal weight.. not fat at all .. like you said =] If you want to get better arms, legs and stomach then try doing otning exercises for those areas of your body. They will make you lose a bit of weight and will make you look better too =]
