How can I work out to tone certain areas?

I’ve recently started working out to make sure my stomach, legs and arms look thinner. I’m really thin already so, how can I work out so I don’t get muscular but just tone these parts?

For people trying to gain muscle the usual adivce is to train with heavy weight/very intense workouts and eat like a horse.

If you are trying to avoid gaining muscle do the opposite. Train with light weights and long low intensity workouts and watch what you eat.

I think you are worrying about nothing. There is little chance you will develop unattractively large muscles without trying.
