Too Lazy to workout

I really want to work out, but whenever I try I always give up… I want to try to work out at home, but I can never get myself to do it. Does anyone know any thing to try to help me get to work out? Sometimes I think when I work out that its not doing anything to my body. I dont even know if its realy working. How do you know if your burning fat??

I have the same issue. but this girl at my school is 13-13 years old and she weighs almost 200 pounds!!!

Or, do what do. Do random exercises whenever you can. Like, instead of walking to the fridge, run or skip.

wear a pedometer, everyday try to get more and more steps. how do you know if your burning fat? well it all depends on how much you way and stuff.

Do all your normal journeys by bike. It’s nearly as fast as a car or public transport, and you can burn quite a lot of fat.

you have to keep with it if you dont start, youll never get anywere but if you keep starting and giving up, the same thing will happen you need to start and keep at it just go for about half an hour of exerscise a day, stick with it you dont see results right away but after about a week youll start to feel different
