How do I tone up my stomach?

I’m about 110-115 i dont want to lose anymore weight cause i barely have fat on me. What are some good ways to tone up the stomach?

sit ups on empty stomach first day 50 times , then gradually try to increase the count

I would say core workouts, not so much isolating your abs. For gals I would say yoga and pilates.

Thanks guys ima try some of this stuff out, i am a fan running but now i never have time time so looking for other options.

Put both of your hands above your head locking your fingers together. Now tilt your hands so that your wrist area and lower thumb is on the back of your head where your hair spiral would be in the back.

Make sure your shorts or on or above your hip bones. Stand up straight with your legs a little farther apart than your shoulders and twist your body and try to touch your right elbow to your left knee and your left elbow to your right knee back and forth while raising your knees to your elbows.

Count to 50 with a 1 count being after you do both a left and right elbow to knee crunch.
